Send a Screen Print of the error message you are receiving when attempting to activate the code.


How to take a screen print:


  1. Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.

  2. Paste the screen print into a paint program.

  3. Save the screen print image to your computer.

  4. Click “Submit a Ticket” on the right side of this page and attach your screen print be pressing “Choose file” under “File Attachment”. Alternatively, you can also contact support by emailing, please ensure to attach your screenshot to your email.
