Send a Screen Print of the error message you are receiving when attempting to activate the code.
How to take a screen print:
Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
Paste the screen print into a paint program.
Save the screen print image to your computer.
Click “Submit a Ticket” on the right side of this page and attach your screen print be pressing “Choose file” under “File Attachment”. Alternatively, you can also contact support by emailing email@example.com, please ensure to attach your screenshot to your email.
