We regret to hear you are having issues with your activation code and we are here to help. All products purchased from our store are guaranteed to be active and working. If your activation key is invalid or you cannot redeem the key then please follow these steps to receive a replacement.
Please review the following steps:
First make sure you are activating your product on an account with a matching region. For example "US Region" products must be activated on US accounts.
Verify you are typing the code in correctly.
To receive a replacement card please do the following:
Send a Screen Print of the error message you are receiving when attempting to activate the code.
How to take a screen print:
Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
Paste the screen print into a paint program.
Save the screen print image to your computer.
Click “Submit a Ticket” on the right side of this page and attach your screen print be pressing “Choose file” under “File Attachment”. Alternatively, you can also contact support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, please ensure to attach your screenshot to your email.
